Independent Suspension Drive Axle BASE independent suspension drive axle offers from 4.0t to 11.5t axle load capacity serving to a wide range of off-highway and special purpose vehicles. BASE independent suspension drive axle is outperforming its competitors considering tight turning radius and best-in-class ground clearance. Furthermore, BASE are light driven by aluminum differential housing. BASE independent suspension drive axle has proven its performance via travelling in harshest field conditions with well-known vehicles. BASE rigid drive axle offers axle load capacity from 11 to 16 ton with hub reduction. It is CTIS ready, while having inter-wheel lock differential. Selection of disc brake or drum brake is provided optionally.
4×4 Rolling Chassis AWD rolling chassis integrated with innovative BASE driveline components provides a plug&play solution for vehicle manufacturers. AWD rolling chassis is integrated with BASE independent suspension drive axles and BASE two-speed transfer case. No further integration engineering effort required to integrate BASE drivetrain components to existing chassis. Upon customer request, various configurations can be developed.
Two-Speed Transfer Case BASE two-speed transfer case outperforms its competitors considering optimized and modern shell design, modular gear set structure and lightness driven by aluminum housing. Two-speed transfer case offers remote and direct mount for transmission families. Thanks to modularity concept followed by BASE Engineering and Company’s flexible business model, different ratios can be provided in a basic housing. Proven in harshest field conditions, BASE two-speed transfer case has been widely used in key vehicles of reputable vehicle manufacturers.
